In the Invite Attendees section, click on Copy the invitation along the right edge of the screen.

After you save your initial meeting, the screen changes.

Click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.

This allows the second party to connect to the video meeting even if the host has not yet joined.

In the Meeting Options section, the most common option added is Enable join before host.

Leave the Audio setting at Computer Audio.

In the Video section, select the On radio buttons for both host and participant if this is a video meeting.

Set a meeting Duration by specifying the length of the meeting.

Note: You can manually type in the start time if the meeting does not start at the top or bottom of the hour.

Define When with a date and time for the start of the meeting.

Click on the blue Schedule a New Meeting button.

On the Davidson Zoom page, click on Meetings in the left frame.

It is just to the right of the two big red buttons.

In the upper right corner of the page, click on the LOGIN link.
