Soulfire: Soulfire is the Necromancer’s primary attack, meaning it is the basic skill they will use most often. Luckily, Corpse Explosion unlocks at level 3, so players will have a lot of opportunities to practice before hitting the level cap of 60. Players need situational awareness to use this skill effectively, and it will take some practice, so play on a comfortable system. Positioning is important, as is making sure the corpses are near enough to enemies to deal damage. It’s not as useful against some bosses, although many bosses will summon minions which gives Necromancers a chance to use corpse explosion. Corpse Explosion: This works well against most enemy encounters. Activate the skill, and the skeletons will charge to a location, dealing a lot of damage to a single target. Either way, in passive use of the skill, the skeletons will tie up enemies and keep them away from the Necromancer while they bring other skills to bear. It is a lower number when compared to other entries in the Diablo Then again it might be due to technical limitations since Diablo Immortal plays on mobile and PC. It is a little disappointing that players can only control a maximum of four skeletons.
Command Skeletons: Let’s be honest, commanding skeletons is one of the main reasons many players pick Necromancers. Becoming more survivable is always a good thing. This includes the Necromancer’s minions, but also other players too, so this is a great skill to use in a group. Bone Armor: This skill gives a defensive buff to nearby allies. An odd decision, as they could just play a Barbarian instead, but some players may wish to challenge themselves. Maybe players want to try playing a necromancer who deals damage up close and doesn’t use any minions.
Part of the fun in the Diablo series is playing around with skills. This isn’t to say that the other skills are useless. It is a good chance to try out some of the other skills like Bone Spikes or Grim Scythe.
The skills unlock at different levels, so players can substitute different ones until a particular skill unlocks. Here are the skills that Necromancers in Diablo Immortal will want to use generally to be most effective. Related: How to Rank Up Your Battle Pass Fast in Diablo Immortal
